I hit some inner turbulence and mood swings ... I am being kind to oneself ... Another start of another week ... When and if things are good in one's life, it is a little easier ...
It is a wonder everything is still intact ... including me ... reducing one's home to move just the necessary stuff at the best of times ... can be stressful to some ... My Dad's family moved numerous times, it is second nature to others ... like them ...
Saying goodbye to a life now passed, a loved one gone in an annoyingly complex way is bothersome to say the least ... when it is finally achieved and done .., I can live again ... It is getting there ...
