I cannot quite believe how time has moved on for us all. The memories of this time all those years ago now, of the impending birth date, still yet unknown then and the Consultant saying on the day our daughter was to arrive, that our baby would arrive that day. She was in no hurry to be born.
She is now a fully fledged adult herself. And as I am kindly reminded, does it make me feel old? It looks likely I will get to see her on her birthday this year. It falls on a weekend. A weekend she has adjusted plans to make a visit to see her Nan who has been unwell of late.
